By giving verbal consent during a phone call with our scheduling team or our automated scheduling assistant, you agree to receive appointment confirmation and reminder text messages from All Fit Fitness at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, and you may decline text messages and still book and attend sessions.

• Message types: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and reschedule or cancellation notices. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages
• Message frequency varies based on your scheduled sessions
